Our customers say…

Thank you for the wonderful service you provided for our wedding party this past week.  Above the Mist recommended you because of your exceptional reliability, and they were right on the mark.   You were so flexible in working changes with me and our bus captain was very complimentary about the punctuality and helpfulness of your driver.  He was early for each pick-up and drop-off, which was wonderful – especially in getting all the pre-wedding photos finished several minutes prior to the start of the mountain wedding.  He also was very grateful for the gratuity we provided him – which was well deserved.”

We’ll definitely recommend you folks.  Thank you so much – and please thank your driver for us.

This company is really customer service oriented. I called because I had a groupon but they were not doing tours this time of the year. They were so awesome and said come on and took just me and my husband up on the mountain. Jim our guide was so interesting and had so many stories of life on the mountains and his adventures thru out his lifetime in they Smokeys. We had a great day and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a tour!!!!

“I wanted to thank you and the Rocky Top staff for the wonderful service back and forth to Mghee Tyson airport.  Both of the drivers were extremely friendly and taught me a lot about the local area.  It was the most enjoyable ride back and forth to the airport I’ve ever had!  And I’ve had many trips to many different airports.

I will definitely be back to the area to take advantage of the wonderful mountains and hikes, and I’ll be sure to contact Rocky Top for airport transport and guided hikes.

Thank you again and please share this with the rest of the team. “

“We had a fabulous tour through Rocky Top Tours,  Ruth & John provided us with many stories of life and living in the Appalachian Mountains.  We look forward to our next trip in the fall”

” My son and his 5th grade class recently used your bus line to transport us to Williamsburg Virginia. I just want to take a moment and brag on your driver Steve. On our way up to Virginia we  stopped in Staunton to eat lunch. Steve diligently looked over our bus as we were eating lunch and we are so thankful he did. He found a busted water hose that needed repaired. We were fixing to be heading up the Shenandoah Mountains and very well would have been broken down on the side of the interstate with a bus full of kids. God must of been watching over us for him to guide Steve to find the problem but most importantly to let us be in the very area where the National Headquarters of Federal Auto Parts was located.  Steve walked several trips to the store to get the hose and even talked one if the stores employees into going to their warehouse to get the correct one. Steve was bleeding from an abrasion on his arm, he was greasy and sweaty but he never once had a frown on his face. He apologized and worked his hardest to get our bus fixed and back on the road. He was a great driver the entire trip. He was funny and cut up with our kids and they loved it. I now see why he was requested by name and parents who had been on former trips with him we’re excited to hear he was our driver.  I hope you realize what a wonderful employee you have and do your best to show him how much he is appreciated.”
